Submissions must not breach anyone else’s intellectual property rights, not include any inflammatory or derogatory remarks, and not promote or encourage criminal activity. Submissions should be non-commercial and limit the promotion of goods and services.

Submissions may be edited prior to publication.

Each team will make available its intellectual property to Healthy Waterways Ltd and the State Library of Queensland to the extent it is necessary for the Flood of Ideas website, exhibition, workshops and other activities related to the Flood of Ideas project.

Each team grants to the Healthy Waterways Ltd and the State Library of Queensland, a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and communicate the participant’s intellectual property made available for the term of the Flood of Ideas project and thereafter.
